Who We Are

The so-ma.studio website is operated by SO-MA Studio ("SO-MA", "we"), a digital creative agency working from Lisbon and Paris. For any privacy question, contact info@so-ma.studio.

What We Collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We do not request or process special categories of data.

Why We Use It

Exclusively to reply to your enquiry and for the commercial conversation that follows. The legal basis is pre-contractual diligence and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. That is why there is no cookie banner here: there is nothing to accept.

Processors

Form messages are delivered by email through Resend (email processor) and the website runs on cloud hosting infrastructure. These providers process data only to deliver the service, under their own GDPR commitments.

For How Long

We keep contact messages for as long as the conversation and a reasonable commercial history require, at most 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing contract applies.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Just write to info@so-ma.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
